The brief

Housetomic is a real estate brand that needed a fresher, more modern look online. Their existing website felt dated and didn’t reflect the quality of what they offer, and their social media needed post designs that looked clean and professional in the feed. They wanted the whole brand to feel trustworthy and current, the kind of look that makes a buyer or seller take them seriously. My job was to redesign the website into something modern and easy to navigate, and to design social media posts that match, so the brand looks consistent everywhere someone finds it. This is the kind of work I do for brands in any industry that want their online presence to actually match the quality of their business.

The approach

I started with the website redesign, reworking the existing site into a cleaner, more modern layout that’s easier to move through and puts the properties and key info front and center. I focused on a professional, trustworthy feel that fits real estate, with clear structure so visitors find what they need fast. Alongside that, I designed a set of social media posts using the same colors, type, and style as the new site, so the brand feels like one connected look whether someone lands on the website or scrolls past a post. Keeping both in the same visual language was the priority, so nothing feels disconnected.

The goal was a brand that looks just as trustworthy in a social feed as it does on its own website.

The outcome

A refreshed, modern real estate brand that looks consistent across its website and social media. The website redesign gives visitors a cleaner, more professional experience that builds trust and makes the properties easy to explore, and the social media posts carry that same polished look straight into the feed. The result is a brand that feels current and credible everywhere it shows up, ready to attract buyers and sellers online. This is exactly what I bring to any brand that wants a modern web presence and social content that actually match.
